Shake together all but soda water with cracked ice; strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Fill with soda water. Garnish with orange slice and a cherry.
1oz. Lemon Juice
1tsp. Fine sugar
2oz. Soda water
Stir first two ingredients with ice in a highball glass. Add grenadine to sink to the bottom. Float Galliano if desired. (Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry if desired)
* Tequila Sunset:
Same as above only use Blue Curasau instead of grenadine.
