| * Rusty Nail: Stir over ice in a small highball or old-fashioned glass. * Red Lion: Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. (orange/cherry garnish is optional) * Red Snapper: Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. * Rory O'More: (a.k.a. Irish Manhattan*) Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. * May also be made stirred in an old-fashioned glass with ice. Can also be made (perfect buy using 1/4 oz. dry and red vermouths.) * Rosita: Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. * Ruby Fizz: Shake first six ingredients vigorously with ice in shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Fill with soda. * Rum Alexander: Shake well with ice in shaker, strain into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with nutmeg. * Rum Gimlet: Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. * Rum Old-fasioned: Place sugar cube in an old-fashioned glas and saturate with Angostura. Add lemon and orange wedges, crush together with a pestle. Add ice cubes, pour in rum and stir. Fill with soda or water. |

Garnish with a stemmed cherry. * Rose-English: Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. * Rose-French: Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled coctail glass. * Royal Gin Fizz: Shake first five ingredients vigorously with ice in shaker, strain into a collins glass over ice. Fill with champagne. * Rum Fizz: Shake first three ingredients well with ice in shaker. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Fill with soda. * Rum Highball: Pour rom over ice cubes in a collins glass. Fill with mix and garnish with a lemon spiral. |
