*  Rusty Nail:
Stir over ice in a small highball or old-fashioned glass.

*  Red Lion:
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.  (orange/cherry garnish is optional)




*  Red Snapper:
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


*  Rory O'More: (a.k.a. Irish Manhattan*)
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
*  May also be made stirred in an old-fashioned glass with ice.  Can also be made (perfect buy using 1/4 oz. dry and red vermouths.)

*  Rosita:
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.




*  Ruby Fizz:
Shake first six ingredients vigorously with ice in shaker.  Strain into a collins glass over ice.  Fill with soda.





*  Rum Alexander:
Shake well with ice in shaker, strain into a cocktail glass, sprinkle with nutmeg.


*  Rum Gimlet:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.


*  Rum Old-fasioned:
Place sugar cube in an old-fashioned glas and saturate with Angostura.  Add lemon and orange wedges, crush together with a pestle.  Add ice cubes, pour in rum and stir.  Fill with soda or water.
*  1 1/2 oz. scotch
*  3/4 oz. Drambuie


*  1 oz. gin
*  3/4 oz. Grand Marnier (or triple sec)
*  1 1/2 oz. orange juice
*  1/4 oz. lemon juice
*  dash grenadine

*  1 oz. white rum
*  1/4 oz. Galliano
*  2 oz. cream
*  Dash grenadine

*  1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
*  3/4 oz. red vermouth
*  dash orange bitters




*  1/4 oz. dry vermouth
*  1/4 oz. sweet vermouth
*  1/4 oz. Campari
*  3/4 oz. tequila

*  3/4 oz. gin
*  3/4 oz. sloe gin
*  3/4 oz. lemon juice
*  1/4 oz. sugar syrup
*  1 bsp. powdered sugar
*  1 egg white
*  soda

*  1 1/2 oz. white rum
*  1/4 oz. brown creme de cacao
*  1 oz. cream
*  nutmeg

*  2 oz. white rum
*  1 oz. Rose's lime juice
*  3/4 oz. lemon juice

*  2 oz. rum (your choice, but white is usual)
*  1 sugar cube
*  lemon, orange
*  dash Angostura
*  water or soda
*  stemmed cherry?
*  Rattle Snake:
Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.  Add dash of anisette.





*  Red Russian:
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into an aperitif glass.

*  Rolls-Royce:
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with a stemmed cherry.


*  Rose-English:
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.



*  Rose-French:
Stir in shaker with ice and strain into a chilled coctail glass.





*  Royal Gin Fizz:
Shake first five ingredients vigorously with ice in shaker, strain into a collins glass over ice.  Fill with champagne.




*  Rum Fizz:
Shake first three ingredients well with ice in shaker.  Strain into a collins glass over ice.  Fill with soda.


*  Rum Highball:
Pour rom over ice cubes in a collins glass.  Fill with mix and garnish with a lemon spiral.

*  1/4 oz. sugar syrup
*  1 bsp. powdered sugar
*  3/4 oz. lemon juice
*  1 egg white
*  dash anisette

*  1 1/2 oz. vodka
*  3/4 oz. cherry heering

* 3/4 oz dry vermouth
* 3/4 oz red vermouth
*  3/4 oz. gin
*  dash Benedictine
*  stemmed cherry

*  3/4 oz. gin
*  3/4 oz. dry vermouth
