EASY PIE CRUST-Foolproof

Makes 2 Crusts
Mix together:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour,
a little salt
1 cup Vegetable shortening. Cut the shortening into the flour mix until it forms small kernals.

Mix together in seperate bowl: 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup flour

Put the two mixture together and mix well making a nice dough.
Divide dough into two parts and leave one part in the bowl covered with a damp cloth, while you place the other half on a floured board.
Roll dough into a round big enough to cover your pie pan.
Place in pan and set aside. Repeat this procedure with the other half of the dough.

These crusts can be used for a two crust fruit pie or seperate.

They can also be baked in a regular oven at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes or till nicely golden brown. These crusts may be used with pudding pies or being filled with microwave pies fillings.
