TOE TOUCH

     1. count and hold 5-6
      
     2. clasp on 7
 
     3. hold your clasp for 8 

     4. hit a high V on 1

     5. hold your high V, but go up on your toes on 2

     6. on 3, you'll take your arms and bring them in front of you
            crossed over each other and swing while your legs bend to
            push you off the ground 
    
     7. you hips will rotate to the front so you can see the inside of 
            your leg. your arms are in a T motion, your back is
            straight, your head is up, and your toes are pointed. 4 is 
            when you hit your jump

     8. you will land your jump on 5 with your knees bent, your
            arms by your side in blades, and your head down 

     9. you will hold the same position in 5, for count number 6

    10. on 7, you will pop your feet apart, bring your hands to your
             hips in fists, and face your crowd.

    11. you will hold the same position in 7, for the count of 8

    12. you clean on 1














             
              
DOUBLE TOE TOUCH

             (follow directions for toe touch from 1-4)
      
     5. after hitting your jump with your arms in a T motions, swing
            in front of you in blades again while bring your feet down  
            to the ground to push off again for another jump. this is
            done on count 5

     6. for count 6, you will hit another Toe Touch as described in
            count 4

     7. you will land your jump on 7 with your knees bent, your
           arms by your side in blades, and your head down 

     8. you will hold the same position in count 7, on count 8

     9. on 1, you will pop your feet apart, bring your hands to your
            hips in fists, and face your crowd

   10. you will hold the same position in count 1, for count 2

   11. clean on 3
