1. count and hold 5-6 in the clean position

     2. clasp on 7

     3. hold your clasp for count 8

     4. bring your clasp straight up over your head
            on count 1

     5. hold your clasp over your head and go up on
            your toes for count 2

     6. on count 3, you'll swing your clasp in front of
            you until you get to your bent knees that are
            pushing off the ground. let your clasp go
            when you get to your knees and swing your
            arms out by your side in fists.

     7. hit your jump on 4 by throwing both of your
            legs up horizontally and reaching for your
            toes with fists.

     8. land your jump on count 5 with your knees
            bent, your head down, and both of your
            arms by your side in blades

     9. hold the same position in 5, for count number 6

   10. pop both legs apart, move your hands to your
            hips in fists, and face your crowd for count 7

   11. hold the same position from count 7, for count 8

   12. clean on 1
