| Right Hurdler 1. count and hold 5-6 2. clasp on 7 3. hold your clasp for count 8 4. bring your clasp straight up over your head 5. hold your clasp, but go up on your toes on count 2 6. swing your clasp in front of you until you get to your knees that are bending to push you off the ground. then let your clasp go and bring your arms around your side in fists for count 3 7. throw your right leg up as high as it will go and reach for your right pointed toe with your fists in a touchdown motion. your left leg is swung back bent with your toes pointed on count 4 8. you will land on count 5 with your knees bent, your hands by your side in blades, with your face down 9. hold the same position in count 5, for count 6 10. pop your legs apart, move your hands to your hips, and face your crowd on count 7 11. hold the same position in 7, for count 8 12. clean on 1 Left Hurlder (follow the same instructions for the Right Hurdler, just do the opposite leg) |
