| THE HUNTER IN THE BMWF | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| A LOOK INTO THE IMPACT THAT THE HEADHUNTER HAS MADE UPON THE BRUISERMANIA WRESTLING FEDERATION -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

| ARRIVAL AND THE EARLY DAYS The Headhunter first appeared in the Bruisermania Wrestling Federation at the October 2002 Pay-Per-View Wheel of Destruction. He was mistaken for an intruder at the event in Caeser's Palace, Las Vegas and was almost thrown out of the arena until General Manager Eric Bishoff informed security that, in fact, this intruder was to the newest BMWF superstar, The Headhunter. Just a few days later The Headhunter made his in ring debut against Ivan Fearless who he disposed of quickly with his devastating finshing move, The Targetbuster. He introduced himself to the world as the most destructive force ever to emerge from the other side of the Atlantic, and began to demand respect from the superstars, staff and fans of the BMWF. It was on his Bedlam debut that The Headhunter showed the BMWF where he came from. Rare footage of him competing in a bare-knuckle fight was displayed via the Bruisertron screen. This was a declaration by The Headhunter that he would dominate the wrestling world as he had dominated the illegal street fight world in England's capital. TEAM DESTRUCTION It was at this time that preperations were being made for the Armageddon Pay-Per-View, in which teams of four superstars compete in elimination tag team matches. Another wrestler new to the BMWF made an appeal to the roster for tag team partners. This was Deva Stator and he promised whoever accepted his offer would become part of a devastating team. The Headhunter saw potential in Deva Stator and his offer, so he decided to join the fellow rookie. Along with Sick-n-Nasty, they formed Team Destruction, and had their sights set on glory at Armageddon. Team Destruction targeted and were targets of Legal Corruption, made up of The Judge, Havoc Supreme, Executioner and Skippy the Fool. During this war, The Headhunter developed a vicious hatred for The Judge, and his target was firmly set on the man with the gavel. The groups were at each other's throats going into Armageddon, where they met. Around this time, Sick-n-Nasty began to become restless and bored with Team Destruction, doing his best to break the bond. Teaming with Asylum gave Team Destruction no advantage going into the match after his long running feud with Deva Stator. Needless to say, the fragile team was shattered by the experienced Legal Corruption, and Team Destruction experienced its own Armageddon that night. MICHELLE During The Headhunter's troubles with Legal Corruption he brought in his new girlfriend Michelle, whom he met on a break to Jamaica, Michelle's home. Hunter's idea was that his romance with the leggy beauty would flurish if she was nearby, and plus she could act as security against the threat of Legal Corruption member Gina. Their relationship was short lived however, with Michelle walking out on The Headhunter after she mistakenly thought that he was having an affair with Deva Stator's assisstant Lena. It was in Michelle's passionate rage that brought the past back to haunt The Headhunter. THE HEADHUNTER VERSUS THE JUDGE Two things remained after the Armageddon Pay-Per-View and the death of Team Destruction. One thing was the friendship between The Headhunter and Deva Stator, who agreed to watch each other's backs when times called for it. The other was the hatred between The Headhunter and The Judge. A war arose, leading to a hellacious gavel on a pole survival match made by The Judge. The intensity of the match over-spilt and both men were knocked out at the same time, resulting in a draw being declared. The battle raged on to the Season's Beatings Pay-Per-View where a incredible street fight was designed to be the match that ended the feud. The Judge was victorious on that night, and humiliated the man from London Town by, along with his Legal Corruption team-mates, tying a bungee cord around The Headhunter and pushing him off a Detroit Bridge then laving him to hang there THE KIDNAPPING It was on this night that The Headhunter mysteriously disappeared. He was not seen for almost two weeks. It was not until he reappeared during a live feed to the Detroit Police Department that it became clear that The Headhunter had not just taken an impromptu break. He turned up at the station badly beaten, collapsing as he attempted to talk. Several days later he spoke of how he was cut down from the bungee rope and taken, against his will, to an unknown location where he was tortured. He discovered that two of the three men who kidnapped him were actually members of the mob he was running from, sent to take his life by the gang boss in London. He realised that the third man must have been a member of the BMWF roster, but never got a look at who this person was. From the actions of his former girlfriend Michelle, he knew that she was involved in some way or another, but was unable to ever confront her as she is now eluding The Headhunter, hiding out somewhere in the world. At the time of writing The Headhunter is currently on a search to discover the identity of the man who he says 'sold him out to the mob. |
