HomeStarRunner features lots of cartoons about all the same lovable characters.
Exploding Dog is a site run by a guy names Sam who draws pictures based on phrases that you e-mail him.
Bad Candy is a site written by two guys (I think) in which they review all the most disgusting lollies and stuff that they can. Fizzy milk is a good one.
Here is the entire chem exam that Linda had e-mailed around. For those of you who don't know Linda, it is the reason why one does not do a chem exam stoned. Quite amusing really.
And of course there's Bored.com. Need i say more?

This site is allegedy a good way to spend time on the internet...I am sad.co.uk. I don't think much of it personally, although it did bring the entire Life Gem thing to my attention, and that is remotely interesting, if not entirely bullshit.
