WELCOME! Higher Ground has been closed for a while...but we are getting ready to kick it up again and have a great time! Although we will be unable to continue with events on a regular basis, we will be doing coffeehouse events periodically. Be sure to check out the web site here and our blog for dates and times. Join us for a great time in a Christian environment and no pressure (so you can bring your friends). There is something for everyone! Please join us! Higher Ground Christian Coffee House is an outreach ministry of Oakwood Full Gospel Church. The Coffee House was born from a mission to show young adults and teens that the Christian lifestyle has “perks” that include a full life, joy, and a guarantee of eternal life! Jesus gives us life; Jesus wants His people to HAVE A LIFE…and most importantly, Jesus wants us to ENJOY life. A relationship with Christ is the cornerstone to happiness. WOW! IT'S ALL ABOUT LIFE! From Richlands – From Raven traffic light, proceed approximately 10 miles on route 460 West. Located approximately 2/10 of a mile from Route 618, across the street on the left.
