| Aly wants very badly to become a spy and work for her father,our good friend George. However, he & Alanna refuse to let Aly do this. Aly becomes angry and decides to go for a boat ride. She was not expecting to be caught by pirates and sold as a slave to the Balitang family in the Copper Ils. It is there that Aly encounters the God Kyprioth. He wants the leadership of the Ils to return to his people, the native raka, so he decides to make a deal with Aly. She has to keep the Balitangchildren alive thru the summer and Kyprioth will reward her with her freedom. It seems easy, but it proves to be much harder than Aly suspected... |
