Personality: I'm working on a description
Background: Zahir is from an island off the coast to the Northwest. When he came to Aos, he rose quickly through the ranks thanks to his superior sword fighting skills and leadership capabilities. He's one of the youngest in the history of the Aos City Watch to go so far so fast (haven't decided on an actual rank yet) and is expected to go far.
Design Notes: Zahir has defined cheek bones and a cleft chin. He generally wears the black and pale gold uniform of the City Watch (with the lantern and stars city sigil.)
Magic: The PC version has magic related to the concepts of Danger and Blade, while the... NPCish version is not a mage... as far as we know. Dun dun dun.
