Personality: Mild manned, soft spoken, infinite patience, very rational, plenty of common sense, a bit shy, especially around the fairer sex. A very... capable person.
Background: Omron is currently one of the very few people who is both a member of the Aos City Watch and a student at the Great University. In the City Watch, he serves as a ranger, taking care of security and such outside of the city walls, when he's not doing his part-time student thing. He also enjoys engineering as a hobby.
Design Notes: Omron has two uniforms, one student uniform and one for the rangers, both of which follow the pale gold lantern-and-stars on a black field motif, well, the ranger one can be more nature-colored, not quite sure yet. The student uniform is more of a scholarly black robe. Otherwise, feel free to draw him in a standard medieval-ish look, with boots and a cloak and such.
Magic: Omron's magic is tied to the concept of Turtle. He has very good defense skills in combat, especially with a shield, and incredible patience. He's also somewhat older than he looks- all magi start to age slower as they increase in their magic, but Omron's life seems even more extended than that.
