(pronounced like the name, jaer' in, kinda rhymes with chair-in)

Skin: Average Caucasian

Weight: He's built like an ox.
Distinguishing Marks: None, unless you count his ragged nails. (He bites them.) He grows very little in the way of facial hair, but doesn't shave much, so he's kinda scruffy.
Favored Weapon: Sword, sometimes accompanied by a shield.
Personality: Rough, sarcastic, surly and actually quite witty. Insensitive- doesn't care if he offends, and is almost never offended himself.
Background: Mostly unknown. Jaren is a travelling fighter searching for something... but he's unlikely to tell you what. He's a mage, too- despite their rareness, all of the main characters (/PCs) are. He travels with his pet hound, it doesn't have a name yet. Looks kinda like a german shepherd.
Design Notes: I generally draw him in generic medieval-esque fantasy clothing- a cloak, a belt, boots... I try to give him a square-ish face... I dunno how else to describe it. ^_^
Magic: Jaren is a superior hunter, with a sense of smell much keener than the average human and an uncanny ability to track. He's fairly strong and swift, and capable of going long distances without tiring.
