There's no doubt that Melissa Williams is one of the most successful singers in the world. She tours the planet, singing her hit songs and performing at sold-out concerts. She meets celebs, she dresses in glittery and glamorous gowns and rides around in limos. She's always followed by her bodyguard, Tommy, and she's always surrounded by fans. So, has all this success changed Melissa?

Melissa is the first to admit that success in the music business has always been her dream - and she's psyched to have achieved it. But she's the first to admit this kind of success does change a person. "I'm travelling so much, doing so many new things, you can't help but change," says Melissa. "I associate with so many adults all the time - I'm getting more experienced at what I'm doing. It's my work - and you know, if you've been at your job for a long time, you get more confident in your work." But has Melissa changed as a person?
Absolutely not!
Melissa is still the same sweet, sincere, and honest person she's always been. She still loves and appreciates her family, her friends, and more importantly, her fans. Not a second goes by that she is not grateful for all the support and love she's received. "As a person, like inside, I think I'm still completely the same," she says.
According to Melissa, It's the people around her who've done the real changing. "Sometimes even my close friends start treating me differently," she admits. "But I tell them to stop - that's it's still just me! Then we start laughing and goofing around again, just like before."

In album news, Melissa is in the recording stages of her next album that she is planning on releasing sometime this summer or very early fall, at the present moment her soundtrack single to her new film that hits theaters on May 4th, "Girl Power" is already scorching up the radio!
