On All I Am, Melissa Williams tries to prove that she can pull off R&B and Hip-Hop--and go light on the pop. She does this with mixed results. To accomplish this, she enlists help from everyone from Lil' Bow Wow to Blaque and Snoop Dogg. Her best Hip-Hop efforts are "Got To Go If" and "Dont Look Any Further". But fans of her ballads should take note of "Didn't We Almost Have It All" with AJ McLean from the Backstreet Boys, "Yo Te Sigo Queriendo" (A Spanish song), and her sensual soft and sexy ballad "Forbidden Love". Some songs are a bit annoying, however, if you're a Melissa fan, you'll see this album is different from her debut. She branches out, but not always successfully. Good effort, though. -- C+
