Cal State Fullerton did not qualify a team for the regionals in Oregon, but Jo was good enough to qualify as an individual. A fantastic performance would have given Jo a spot in the National Championships, but unfortunately it wasn't to be.

Here is what Jo said about her final competition of the season:

"Well, I had Regionals in Oregon on the weekend and went ok, but fell in my second double on floor. Otherwise I had a great comp. My scores were vault: 9.875, bars: 9.7, beam: 9.875 and floor:9.250. I think I would have come 3rd all-round if I hadn't of fallen which annoyed me, but it at least showed me that I am still up there with
the others. I didn't qualify for nationals due to the fall so am done for
the season which is sort of good as I really need a rest!!"
