Hey!

I was thinking; once and for all we could solve the great debate. I am of
course referring to recent posts about Powderfinger's best album.

Here's what I'm suggesting (forgive me if it has been done before, I haven't
been on the list since day one): We should conduct a poll. We all should
vote on our three or five favourite PF songs, and also vote for our fav
album. Obviously, the song/album with the most votes would thus be declared
the winner, such is the nature of popularity polls, or "Econodogs Choice",
as I have called it.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Here's a question for everyone...

Been wondering for ages who the bands are that are mentioned in the Double
Allergic sleeve... I have (These are guesses..)

You Am I
Webster
Frente (??????)
Big Heavy Stuff
Regurgitator
Custard

That's it! Also want to know if anyone knows if any of the guys are
vegetarians... i think daz n bern look like the kinda guys that would be
vegetarians (Or even Vegans???) but then they all kind of have a vegetarian
element... except cogsy.. he's a weirdo....(Hi JESS!!! :-) )

Well that's enough from me!

Cheers

Kat

hi all.
just dusting the cobwebs off my computer, as it has been so long since i've
entered into the world of technology. I have, however, read the occaisional
econodigest. i was stoked to hear p.f were supporting coldplay in U.S. coz i
love them both. I hardly think we'll have a line up like that down under
when pf tour, but their concert would be incredibly worth it, no matter who
the support is.
so, catch yous later

Hey everyone,

Well I went to see Art Express - the collection of
super-duper HSC artworks from 2000 - and I noticed, to
my delight, that someone had used a couple of
Powderfinger songs from Double Allergic as the
soundtrack to their art-video-thingy. I think it was
Oipic, Boing Boing and another one...IT WAS ONE OF YOU
GUYS, WASN'T IT? lol well I though it might have been.
I was pretty happy... made my day so much better...

Hello Econodogs :)

Hey Emily K...
So was Ian's Big Day Of Celebration the 21st of February? How old (young) is
he?
I don't actually know for sure the date of their birthdays, so if anyone out
the in Econoland knows, could you please share your wisdom?

Just before the release of O#5, when Bern and Cogsy were on TripleJ's
morning show, they said their birthdays...but I'm not sure what they were.
Can anyone confirm Bernie - 15th August and Cogsy - 26th August? ? ?

I'm glad that O#5 is selling well...but it was kinda weird for me when one
of my friends told me she had bought the album. She is totally into TTFM
(Melbourne station) and all that commercial 'teenybop' stuff. Her poor pf CD
will be sandwiched between Ricky Martin and the Popstars album!

catch you later, doggies

soundgarden and none of their CD's were available.

i know it's not relevcant, but someone wanted to know what U2 song was
devoted to michael hutchence on the popmart tour.
it was definiteley 'one'.

you can see this on the vid they released.
