Hi my names sarah im from melbourne
Im new to the whole net thing so bear with me through this one
ive had tickets to powderfinger concerts before, twice! But never been
able to go due to burst appendix and car accident i think its just not meant
to happen. so i got tickets to the concert on the 28th and then my best mate
scheduled her 21st for the same night and i of course need to make an
appearance so i cant go then either. However i am now going to the underage
concert on the afternoon of the 28th even though i turn 21 soon (desperate
huh) well thats my tale of woe, see ya!!

Hi,
I'm Mike, and I've just joined the list. I heard about it ages ago on Triple
J but only just got around to checking out the website. I am 36 and live in
Salisbury, north of Adelaide.
I was introduced to Powderfinger by a good friend around the time that
Internationalist was released. That was the first of their albums I bought,
but since then I have bought all the others (including Odyssey on the day it
was released!) It's hard to pick a favorite album or track but I'd probably
say Internationalist for a whole album, and These Days as the best song. By
the way, for any of you that haven't seen the movie Two Hands that featured
it, I can highly recommend it... grab it on video :-)
I've never seen the band live, but that is to change shortly when I go to
the Adelaide concert. I'm looking forward to it, and so is my girlfriend who
is now a fan also.

hi guys!
just wondering if anyone can be bothered typing the interview with bernard
from the sunday mail up and posting it as i'd like to read it. i was also
wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some song lyrics i have to
choose for a media assignment, i have to take a series of photographs (4-6)
that give the meaning to a set of lyrics. i have wracked my brains trying to
think of some to do... any suggests can be emailed, thanks! (they dont have
to pf lyrics, they're extremely hard to put visible meaning to) have a good
one peoples.
