The main aims and goals of APRRA are: 1. Permanent monitoring of the Rights of the Refugees from Abkhazeti (Abkhazia); 2. Organisation of the humanitarian actions for the Refugees from Abkhazia; 3. Participation in the events on the problems of Abkhazia, rezolution of the Abkhazian-Georgian conflict and restoration of territorial integrity of the REpublic of Georgia; 4. Co-operation with the NGOs, Office of the Public DEfender of Georgia and the legal Government of Abkhazia in exile, etc.
APRRA is managed by the Governing Board. The Association has more than 100 Individual Members, the Regional Working Group of Imereti-Samegrelo, the Working Group of Abkhazia in exile (based in Tbilisi) and the Tbilisi Working Group. APRRA has also Representatives in: the USA, the Netherlands and the Czeh Republic. The Office of APRRA is based in Tbilisi.
