Ofer Reuven was born in 1974 in Haifa, Israel. In 1992 he joined the navy five years.
In 1998, he took his backpack and travelled the world for the following two years. He travelled through different countries in America and East Asia, he met different people, learned different languages and observed from different points of view.
During his journey he felt the need to capture his impressions translating them into images through the art of photography. Two years of practice and experimenting resulted in a series of images with sensible, harmonic, passionate, and beautiful compositions.
He has concentrated lately in the area of portrait, creating impressive images of the people who has crossed his way.
Ofer Reuven lives now in Tel Aviv, Israel. He has joined the bomb squad and now photographs his own places and people.
