Belfast 1984,

bomb attacks and fighting paramilitary groups have made out of the capital city of Northern Ireland a theatre of war. Kelly is a young and recently married protestant girl who shows no interest to the causes of the conflict in her home country. Her attitude changes when she meets and falls in love with an Irishman, Michael Flanagan, not knowing that he is an active member of the IRA. Kelly sinks into the dangerous whirlpool of hatred, violence and murder and she makes a for her momentous decision. Suddenly she stands between the front lines of the two hostile groups - between Catholics and Protestants - and she tries to manage her further life.....
