I've got to get Locklyn to quit sending me photos of her puppies. Sometimes they just seem to end up here!
Such was the case with Trace. He looked pretty in his photos, so I said, sure send him and I would
grow him out. I must admit that when I opened his crate, he was pretty, but my immediate concern
was that he was rather scrawny and unthrifty looking! It was a rather alarming stage, but he did grow up and
he was indeed worth taking the chance! Trace placed 3rd in his class at the 2003 National and is
now pointed and proven. He is a littermate to Ch. Apple Acres Blue Chelan (WB at the '03 National)
and Ch. Apple Acres Building Blocks. Slower to mature than his littermates, I expect great things from this little
guy in the near future!
