Developments in care and welfare force organizations till chronic innovations. The seminar addresses bring and anchor on the challenge of it practically on course of innovation in organizations and within networks. You lead the dialogue and votes on irritating positions.

This seminar focused on the how and why of innovation. The seminar didn't have a normal structure. There were short presentations of about fifteen minutes. After this there were voting rounds and on the basis of these a dialogue among the participants (around 50-80 people).

People did not sit with there faces to the presenter but with there faces towards one another - a sort of a cafe setting.

  • - 'health 2.0': what is it and what could it mean for innovations in health care?
  • electronic health records as a way of creating dialogues on what kind of an organization we want to be. And on how we want to relate with health care providers, patients and communities of care. I will give this presentation with a colleague -
  • prototypes as a way of creating dialogues on strategy and change -
  • the kafkabrigade (see http://www.kafkabrigade.nl/home/en) told their story about how they create constructive dialogues on how to prevent alienating bureacracies by starting with stories of different stakeholders. Collegues at Zenc gave this presentation - The Kafkabrigade tears be gotten jammed from when citizens – for instance patients – in a forest of law and issuing of rules. From the perception of the patient or care institution, the Kafkabrigade commissions concerned parties at concrete verbeteracties that for large groups a solution offer must. Also always more administrations co-workers that affairs otherwise want to go take this method always often – and with success - use. Two Kafkabrigadiers let see how.
  • a family member explained how he organized care for his sister by closing contracts with different health care providers and his family What do you as you find that the cares of your sister through an institution to wish over late? Your talks expanded with her, formulates a contract that her wishes reproduces and late all concerned, institution and family members that draw. Result: better expectations, clear appointments, better care. What does an institution with that kind of innovation?
