1973                      Born February 3 Milwaukee, WI

1990           Highschool, shows strength in artistic abilities for drawing and video production

            1991           Portland, OR attends Pacific Northwest College of Art/Film and Video                Production; studies traditional Japanese landscape design

1992                Belize, Central America, 6-month independent study of Mayan culture with 

emphasis on ancient architecture, slate carving, agriculture, and self-          sustainability       

1995                 Paints series of acrylic on canvas paintings

Attends fulltime classes at  Oregon College of Arts and Crafts, all drawing   related medium, art history

Engraves granite basalt stone with Japanese and Hebrew letters, in the making of drilled stone fountains and garden sculptural elements

Joins Northwest Stone Sculptors Association, attending carving symposium, pursues stone sculpture with emphasis on fountain design

 1996           Relocates to Jemez Springs, NM to work with professional stone sculptor while pursuing body of work.

 1997           Relocates to Taos, NM continues body of stone sculptures, begins series of      5-foot acrylic on canvas paintings based on sacred geometry

1998                      Shows first sculptures in main room of Karran Rullen Contemporary Gallery, Santa Fe,NM

Represented by Horizon Fine Art, Taos ,NM for sculptures and fountains

      Enters sculpture show  101 Cups Karran Rullen Gallery

1999                    Shows sculpture at Horizon Fine Art

   Shows stone sculpture and fountain at International Stone showroom, Taos

   Begins oil pastel series “emotional landscapes”

2000                    Marries wife Imelda

   Completes several waterfall/fountain installations for local clients

   Developes prototypes for stacked fountain series, from residential to monumental scale

   Installs first architectural concrete stacked block fountain for Elston Home Design Center, Taos

   Begins building adobe studio on land in Arroyo Hondo

   Taos Open Art Festival, wins Best of Sculpture and 2nd Best of Show with 3-foot alabaster maquette for future 9-foot sculpture entitled “Tikkun” ,   first of stone totem series

2001                    Devotes most of time to building adobe studio/home

   Completes 5-foot limestone sculpture commission “Tzaddik

   Completes first indoor 8-foot naturalistic stone waterfall

                   Daughter Leah is born

2002                    Installs second naturalistic indoor waterfall

   Creates inner courtyard landscape,“Southwest Zen” design, featuring naturalistic stream and ponds utilizing existing hand dug well for historic El Torreon restored Hacienda, Taos

   Completes second 5-foot limestone commissioned sculpture “Golem

   Begins series of wall mounted concrete sculptures

   Begins construction of water sculpture display garden at studio in Arroyo Hondo

   Completes first phase of adobe studio/home

   Completes “Southwest Zen” landscape design installation utilizing stone in a sculptural landscape for Elliot Haas’ estate, martial arts dojo, Taos

2003                    Completes 12 large acrylic paintings on canvas

   Begins two-acre wetland restoration project on Lubotsky’s land through government grant, creating ponds and the beginnings of extensive  sculpture garden

   Begins triad series of sculpture in plaster for monumental Bronze cast

   Completes 7-foot plaster sculpture for bronze (“Catalyst”)

   Designs wall-mounted waterfall fountain line

   Creates water sculpture garden at Arroyo Hondo studio
