On Saturday, Go secured a car, and we all rode out to Pink Lake.  The water in the lake is ten times saltier than the ocean. Near the lake is a Fulani village.  The women  of the village spearheaded the idea to organize a company that extracts, bags and sells the salt.
We ate lunch at a restaurant on Pink Lake.  There we met Abu, whose family owns much of the land and restaurant on the lake.
We rode through Pink Lake into what seemed like endless sand dunes.  All at once, the sand dunes open unto the ocean.  It was breathtaking.
