| On Saturday, Go secured a car, and we all rode out to Pink Lake. The water in the lake is ten times saltier than the ocean. Near the lake is a Fulani village. The women of the village spearheaded the idea to organize a company that extracts, bags and sells the salt. |

| We ate lunch at a restaurant on Pink Lake. There we met Abu, whose family owns much of the land and restaurant on the lake. |
