| Lattice Room Divider | |||||||
| Do you need an idea for a simple room divider? Try this. Purchase a four-by-eight panel of lattice. It can be a squared-off style or one that is set on the diagonal. (You can use a narrow version or two large panels--depending on the size of the area.) Use simple, narrow trim all around and secure with glue and screws. Then paint or stain the panel and hang it from the ceiling with two eyehooks and two cup-hook-type hangers. Hang this divider in an entryway to separate a living room/dining room or in a bathroom to maintain some privacy. Since the panels are fairly lightweight, they can be moved quite easily. For a more decorative touch, use your imagination: weave ribbon through the lattice or even use ivy or flowers as accents, depending on where you place your divider. Enjoy! - Linda Betz |
