Half of staying whole is knowing how to fall
And half of being happy is knowing what to forget
Being able to relate to others is knowing when to say I'm dying inside and
when to say i'm fine
You have to know when to collapse and when to dance
When to give up and when to keep on slitting your wrists
(the second layer of skin is always the toughest)
Teach yourself to laugh instead of cry
To see the humor in the most fucked up things
To know the good from the bad and not to mess with the gray
How to seperate the external and the internal
Where they end and I begin
No one is truly perfect or happy or peaceful
They just adapt and go on
and learn not to dwell on minute details such as LIFE and DEATH
How to Survive or What I've Learned...
