The plot show measurements from many different observatories in the world. The Afterglow, The Optical Transient ( OT ), decreases approximately after the simple formula t-alpha ( flux, not magnitude ) where the Decay Index alpha = 0.88 and t = hours after the event. An interesting break ( alpha = 1 - 2 ) occured on Feb 27th.
The plot also show when the Gamma-Event occurred and when the Alarm went ( almost 2 hours ). The first measurement at mag 20 was done with the 2.5m Dupont-telescope at Las Campanas Observatory. Maximum ( 17.8 ) was measured with the 8.2m Subaru-telescope at Mauna Kea. Whats interesting too is that light-maximum came a good while after the gamma rays, an indication of the the sequence of events that occurred. There was also measured a red-shift z = 2 which should give a distance more than 10 000 million light-years.


Plottet viser m�linger fra mange forskjellige observatorier i verden. Ettergl�den, den Optiske Transient ( OT ) avtar tiln�rmet etter den enkle formelen t-alpha ( flux, ikke magnitude ) hvor " Decay Indeksen " alpha = 0.88 og t = timer etter begivenheten. Et interessant brudd ( alpha = 1 - 2 ) intraff den 27 Feb.
Det viser ogs� n�r Gamma-Begivenheten intraff og n�r Alarmen gikk ( nesten 2 timer ). Den f�rste m�lingen p� mag 20 ble gjort med 2.5m Dupont-teleskop p� Las Campanas Observatoriet. Maksimum ( 17.8 ) ble m�lt med 8.2m Subaru-teleskopet p� Mauna Kea. Det som ogs� er interessant er at lys-maksimum kommer en god stund etter gamma str�lingen, en indikasjon p� begivenetenes gang. Det ble ogs� m�lt en r�dforskyvning i spekteret p� z = 2 som skulle gi en avstand p� over 10 milliarder lys�r.
