| You will need: Hair that is at least shoulder legnth.(that's just for the odango itself) Comb and/or brush 4 Hair elastics(I always use the kind that don't have metal clasps) Lots of practice |

| 1. Brush any knots out of your hair and part your hair down the centre of your head, all the way back. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. Put your hair in two high pigtails. They should be at the point where your skull begins to curve back, and they should be positioned so that you can lie down without them getting in the way. Make sure that all of your hair is flat against your head, including in the back. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 3. Twist your hair towards the centre of your head. Continue twisting as you create a bun. Keep it tight against your head. The remaining hair should come out of the back of the odango. Again, keep it tight against your head. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 4. Hold the odango tight and put a hair elastic over the top to secure it in place. Make sure it is nice and secure. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5. Repeat directions 3 and 4 with the other side. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6. You are now an Odango Atama! You can now go save the world from a freaky monster or an evil queen.(Just don't eat too much) | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
