About Us


Oklahoma City University’s chapter of Amnesty Internation (Students for Peace and Justice) strives to help in the fight against international violations of human rights and equal opportunities. This mission will be accomplished through many aspects of community service such as:



  • To enrich students with the knowledge, confidences and ability to educate citizens on and off campus of their human rights and how to prevent them from being violated.

  • Promoting awareness of human rights violations through campaigning and activism

  • Taking Action to support the spread equal opportunity, justice and human rights through various community services and community projects.

  • Utilizing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to encourage others to participate in the fight for human rights.
