1230 Decorating Committee and SC Goettl depart WMA for Target Bluff.

1245 Arrive at Target Bluff to decorate

1745 All OC’s arrive at Target Bluff

1800 Guests will begin arriving. Guest will be greeted and will be asked to sign the guest book. After signing, guests will be able to proceed to the cocktail area. SC Goettl will greet the guest speaker.

1900 The President will signal to the guest of honor for the receiving line to form. All candidates will proceed through he receiving line and then to their seats. When all have passed through the receiving line, the President will escort the honored guests to the head table. All will rise during this procession.

1920 The President will call for the posting of the Colors. The color guard will post the Colors and depart the room. They will return after the invocation.

1925 President calls the mess to rise for the invocation which will be given by SC Manglos.

1930 While all are still standing, SC Burbach asks Mr. Vice for permission to speak. The following toasts are proposed:

OC McCullough the United States Flag

SC Cruz the President of the United States

SC Talano the United States Armed Forces

1935 Missing Soldier Ceremony, Lights dim.

1940 Grog Making Ceremony

1950 President welcomes all present and thanks the guests for the honor of their attendance. President introduces the honored guests. Mr. Vice offers a toast to all the honored guests. All will rise and respond with "Hear, Hear."

2000 President invites all members of the mess to be seated for dinner. Mr. Vice will sample the food and announce if it is fit for consumption. No one will eat until the President sees that everyone has been served.

2050 OC Carlson asks Mr. Vice for permission to speak. The following toasts will be made:

OC Chansky the Governor of Wisconsin

OC Frye the United States Army Reserve

OC Gruett the Wisconsin National Guard

2055 When all have finished their meals, the President will make the following toasts:

The Wisconsin Military Academy

The Commandant of the Academy

The Staff of the Wisconsin Military Academy

The Wisconsin Military Academy TAC Officers and Instructors

2100 The President will introduce the guest speaker. The guest speaker will give his presentation.

2120 President calls on Honored Guests for comments.

2125 The President will present gifts. Mr. Vice offers a toast to the guest speaker.

2130 The President thanks Rolf for having us and thanks all for attending. President proposes a toast to the guests of Class 42 and thank them for their support. The final toast is made by the President to class 42. All remain standing. The President will call for the retiring of the Colors. Color guard will remain our of the room.

2140 President will call on SC Manglos to give the benediction. President adjourns the mess.

2145 Cocktail hour. Candidates will mingle with guests and offer help in cleaning up.

2210 Candidates are dismissed.
