The story starts a few hours after TMR flying in Izzy's balloon. "Rick, I was wondering something." Said Evelyn. "Yeah, what is that?" asked Rick. "What was Izzy talking about with you and a-a belly dancer?" "Evelyn, you might want me to tell the story." intuerupted Izzy. "Go on then Izzy, tell me." "It all started after O'connell here got back from Hamunaptra. I was sitting on a stool at the casbah when he asks me,"What do you people do in this town for a good time?" "I took him to the airfeild and showed him my airplane. He looked a bit frightend when I told him to hop in-" Evelyn burst into giggles at the very thought of her husband being afraid of and airplane. "Well," continued Izzy,"Until he saw Jasmine smile at him." "Jasmine?" asked Evelyn, sounding a bit jelous,"Who's Jasmine?" "That was the belly dancers name." replied Izzy. "Oh, please continue then." "Well O'connell, being the man he is, smiled back at her and jumped into the plane. We rode aroud for a while, the sky perfect for flying. We were going to land when these men in black started shooting at us! Now that I think about it, it was at the exact moment that he was telling me about Hamunaptra. And those men in black must have been- what were they called? Oh yes, Med-Jai. While I was flying the plane, he was shooting and goggling at Jasmine! I landed the plane and he handed me a gun. O'connell ran away to save Jasmine, leaving me alone. I ran screaming, shooting everything in site. Suddenly I got shot- twice. The first had been aimed right at my spleen, the second right in the ass! I fell down and was laying there fore quite some time. I had no clue where the men in black had went. Then O'connell here came strolling past me with Jasmine, completely ignoring the fact that my damn spleen was hanging out!" "By the way, O'connell." said Izzy, finishing his story."What ever happened to Jasmine?" "Hell if I know." replied Rick,"I only knew her for about a week." "Well that's a relife." said Evelyn, looking at her wedding ring then to a sleeping Alex. "Evie, I never would have loved her, you know that!" "Darling, I know but-" Rick broke off Evelyn's words by kissing her, followed by an "Oh please!" from Jonathan and Izzy. THE END |
