| I dance in my spare time. I try to exercise minimum five hours in a week. Oriental dance is a total body workout. All your body, all of your muscles, all of your joints work while you are dancing. (a great precaution for rheumatism and a great way to loose weight:) You learn to control your muscles. Music, costumes and dance... It's fun and relaxing, I think. And very feminine... I believe that it's an activity for life time, at least for me... I recommend oriental dance to women of all ages and sizes. |
