� Our beautiful barn, equipped with tack rooms, wash stalls, feed rooms, and plenty of stalls to go around. It is huge and is sectioned off into 4 wings, each pertaining to the horses it houses. Many windows and fans keep the barn very cool and ventilated on those stuffy summer days.

Every stall is an over-sized 16' x 16'
with a 16' x 16' walk-out. There is a
sliding dutch door to the walk-out.

� Our out door arena is fantastic. It is an olympic sized jumping arena, and is equipped with plenty of beautifully painted jumps. It is filled with soft non-rocky sand that makes it comfy and safe for the horses. An excellent irrigation system makes it so that after it rains, you only have to wait a few hours before you can ride in it again. Sprinklers are also equipped on the fence so that the arena is dust-free in the summer. |

� Our top-of-the-line indoor arena is quite grand. It is the size of a standard indoor, and it is mainly used for flat work and a small bit of jumping. A few jumps are set up in the center, but the arena is made to be used on those rainy days that keep you indoors, or those sunny days that are too hot to bear. Fans increase the air movement in the arena and keep it cool.

� We have many indoor cross ties and wash racks. There is a set of these cross ties and wash racks in each wing of the barn, continently next to the tack and feed rooms. We try to make it cozy and homey while you groom, bathe, and tack up your horse.

� Our neat and tidy dressage arena is perfect for practicing your dressage moves. It is located right next to the barn and is just beautiful. It is filled with sand and lined with hand-crafted white fencing that adds a very dramatic touch.

� We have many sets of trails at our stables. Lots of them are out by the ocean but some, like the ones shown here, I located in the beautiful forests that surround the coast.

� We have a rider's lounge that over looks the ocean. It' very pretty and tropical. Inside the lounge we have a set of lockers, a widescreen TV, a computer, a mini kitchen, and anything else to suite our rider's needs.

� This set of trails leads down a path that takes you on the high cliffs that overlook the ocean. Gallop down the grassy cliffs and feel the sea breeze in your hair.

� Here we have the courtyard. This connects the Rider's Lounge, the barn, the pastures, and the entrances to the trails. Come here to mingle with barn mates or to take your horse to graze! Far out in the distance you can see the ocean here as well.

� Ride your horses down to the beach and go for a swim, or just wade in! It's always fun to gallop along to shore.

� We have many meadows up along the cliffs where you can gallop around.
|
|
� Here are the long rolling pastures. They are connected by beautiful white fences and go on for acres and acres. We try to let the horses out here if they cannot be ridden. You can also keep a horse a smaller 1/2 acre pasture full time.
