He has blonde hair and fair skin, and green eyes. He actually looks remarkably like a Viking. He is cultivating a beard, despite the fact it looks awful on him, and he has the big brawny look of the characatured Norseman. Despite all this, he is not bad looking. If he'd just shave he'd classify as handsome! Background: Tuenerta was born to an average Fortian family. His mother was a wingrider in the queen's wing and his father was a wingthird in the weyrsecond's wing. His mother had several children to her weyrmate, U'vert, and fostered them out to the Assistant Headwoman, Nali. His life was altogether normal. He began standing for clutches at fourteen, and when he was seventeen he impressed the last dragonet to hatch, a brown.
As a weyrling T'nerta was quite average. He participated in the requisite weyrling bufoonery and passed the classes with adequate knowledge. Yet when he was assigned a wing he began to get his act together. Thread was sobering. He became determined to rise through the ranks and eventually became wingthird in the Weyrleader's wing. He worked hard for this rank, and he and Zelibath became adept at flying the deadly spores. They gained a good reptutation. He was one of the first to transfer to Oceanside, knowing that he would be of more help at a new weyr than at the over populated Fort Weyr.
Pets: Name: Minnie Age: 4 Type: Firelizard Color: green Description: Minnie is a small delicate green. She has a slim head and body and graceful wings. Her color is a deep forest. Minnie is lighthearted and unlikely to stay still long enough to do anything useful. T'nerta knows better than to trust her with any message or important duty. Still, he loves her, and she loves him. Dragon: Name: Zelibath Color: Brown Age: 8 Appearence: Zelibath is a medium sized brown with a bulky build and wide wings. Like his rider, he is totally unexceptional, being the average of a brown in all respects. He is a dirt brown in color, like the dry earth of summers lacking rain. His muzzle is speckled with darker brown. Personality: Zelibath is a bit prude, totally correct and proud of himself. He does not engage in foolish or undignified behaviour and loves to show what a great upstanding guy he is. He is actually an ideal wingsecond's or third's mount, being stolid, sensible, and unlikely to take risks, as well as reasonably intelligent. |
