| Q: Why do people get swollen eyes? |
| A: Its thought that the blow flow slows down around your eyes when you're lying horizontally, so that it causes a sort of 'swollen' look which you get when you're tired or have just got up. Hayfever also causes baggy eyes, and so do some other things which cause some people's eyelids to swell up (for example, cosmetics - eye make-up remover etc) |
