| Austin Alexis has published poetry and fiction in Connecticut River Review, Six Sentences, Candelabrum Poetry Magazine (Britain), The Cherry Blossom Review and elsewhere, and has work forthcoming in The Journal, Ginosko, and Green Pavilion Anthology. He has a chapbook published by Poets Wear Prada. Gary Beck's poetry has appeared in dozens of literary magazines. His chapbook, 'Remembrance' was published by Origami Press, June 2008. 'The Conquest of Somalia,' will be published by Cervena Barva Press. His recent fiction has been published in numerous literary magazines. His plays and translations of Moliere, Aristophanes, and Sophocles have been produced Off-Broadway. Jenn Brewer teaches junior high and high school Spanish in a farm town in Oregon's Willamette Valley and moonlights as a chauffeur for her three increasingly active children. In pre-dawn hours (or in long lines at the DMV), she likes to write poetry and to pretend she's a novelist. She has been previously published in Cell to Soul, Common Ties, Amaze and Spider Magazine. Rebecca Eddy lives in Cornwall, England and is a graduate of University College Falmouth. She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary approaches to poetics and the application of words outside of their traditional semantic employment. Mark Jackley is the author of two chapbooks, with a third, "Cracks and Slats," forthcoming from Amsterdam Press, and a full-length collection, "There Will Be Silence While You Wait," to be published by Plain View Press. He lives in the Washington, DC, area. James Keane lives in northern New Jersey with his wife and son and a menagerie of merry pets. His poems have recently appeared in two anthologies, Freckles to Wrinkles and Harvests of New Millennium, Tipton Poetry Journal, Gold Dust, Mississippi Crow, Sage Trail, Conceit, and Mirrors. He was proud to read a poem he dedicated to his wife called "My Hero" at the open reading held at the 2008 Geraldine R. Dodge Poetry Festival. Carla Martin-Wood's chapbook, Garden of Regret, is forthcoming from Pudding House. Past, recent and forthcoming publications include Cherry Blossom Review, The Linnet�s Wings (Ireland), Mississippi Crow, Soundzine, IBPC New Voices, ken*again, joyful!, Up the Staircase, Flutter, Goblin Fruit, Rosebud, State Street Review, Aura, Astarte, Elk River Review, The Lyric, and many others. Tara L. Masih has published fiction, poetry, and essays in numerous anthologies and literary magazines (Confrontation, Hayden�s Ferry Review, Natural Bridge, Red River Review, and The Caribbean Writer). Two limited edition illustrated chapbooks featuring her flash fiction have been published by The Feral Press. Awards for her work include first place in The Ledge Magazine�s fiction contest and a Pushcart Prize and Best of the Web nomination. She judges the intercultural essay prize for the annual Soul-Making Literary Contest, and is editor of The Rose Metal Press Field Guide to Writing Flash Fiction (Rose Metal Press, 2009). www.taramasih.com Joan McNerney�s poetry has been included in numerous magazines, journals and anthologies in the United States. Four of her books have been published by fine literary presses. She has performed at many distinguished venues in New York City, Boston, San Antonio, Houston and the Hudson Valley Region. A recent reading was sponsored by the American Academy of Poets. Several radio stations and cable television programs have recorded her work. Her latest title is Having Lunch With the Sky, A.P.D., Albany, New York. Rodney Nelson's work began appearing in mainstream American literary print journals like Georgia Review long ago, but he turned to fiction and did not write a poem from 1982 to 2004, when he made a comeback in the ezines. He has an entry in the Poets & Writers directory. Nelson has worked as a book and copy editor. |
