Guided Meditation is vital in an environment in which we are increasing our pace of living.  In order to maintain a calm, healthy frame of mind with which we can make necessary important life decisions.  We need to see situations as they really are, without them being clouded by our fears, anger and pain.

Guided Meditation allows you to do this without the emotional attachment by allowing yourself to approach the situations in a way that is unthreatening -  through creative visualisation.

Often in a Guided Meditation session, the client is given a series of energetic visualisation exercises to nurture a stronger awareness of their psyche and physical selves.  By doing these exercises on a regular basis, the client is able to check where they are at and the condition of their subtle energetic organs (chakras, etc).
