Seafood Pasta

Ingredients:
Italian
Pasta Mushroom
Olive
Oil Tomato (Peeled & Chopped)
Black
Pepper Onion
(Minced)
White
Wine Garlic
(Minced)
Butter Shrimp
(or other seafood)
Scallop (or other seafood)
Olive
Basil
Procedure:
- Marinate Shrimp
& Scallop with black pepper & kosher salt.
- Boil water in tall
pot for pasta. Put in enough water
for full boil of pasta. Before
putting in pasta, add in little bit oil and salt. Do not put lid on.
- Heat up saucepans
for seafood and onion, respectively.
- Sautee onion begin
with high heat then turn to low, adding kosher salt and black pepper, cook
till onion turn clear yellowish.
Add more oil, butter, & salt according to your preference. Do not cover with lid to prevent
turning waterish.
- Add in garlic
& wine, then tomato & mushroom.
Cook till onion turn brownish.
- Another saucepan
sautee scallop & shrimp. Get
rid of the juice. Add in olive and
basil.
- When pasta is
ready, add into onion saucepan, mix up and put scallop & shrimp on
top.
- Serve immediately.
