Dear parents of the OCCEC Children Program:
Please review the following rules with your children and have your and your children’s signatures signed. Return the signed form back to Church Children Director. Thank you very much!
I (child) will show
respect to GOD, teachers, other children at church, and church properties. Which means:

I will not leave
classroom without teacher’s or assisting parent’s consent during the program.

I will not
physically fight with other kids.
·
I will not say
foul language to any one.
·
I will clean up
the mess made by me.
·
I will not
damage church properties
·
I will do my
best to listen to the teaching and follow teacher’s instruction.
·
I will try to
gently deal with the disagreement with other kids, and will ask teacher’s help
if necessary.
· I will be respectful to GOD, teachers, parents, and other kids because we are one in God’s family!
If I can’t keep my promises and keep on breaking the rules listed above, I will be getting two(2) verbal warnings, and will be sent to my parents on the third(3rd) warning.
By following the rules, I will learn how to get along well with others, and be a good citizen when I grow up. Therefore, with God’s help, I will try my best to be a child of God!
