Grouping Method
1.
The purpose of grouping is for caring and Gospel
2.
We will evenly arrange co-works into each caring group
to ensure each caring group can perform caring and Gospel function. (In
principle by region, but respect personal choice for the reason of caring and
Gospel.)
3.
Each of the four senior caring group leaders will lead
a new caring group for three months.
4.
Each of the four new caring group leaders will be
arranged to one caring group.
5.
Evenly arrange Bible study leaders into each group.
6.
Evenly arrange Song worship leaders into each group.
7.
Evenly arrange piano and guitar players into each
group.
8.
Evenly arrange other families into each group.
9.
Each caring group will contain:
a. One senior caring group leader
b. One new caring group leader
c. At least one Bible study leader
d. At least one song worship leader
e. At least one piano or guitar player
f. At least one family who can provide their house for
fellowship usage.
g. Each caring group will contain 5 to 6 families to
begin with
10.
When the caring group grows to 10 families, we will
divide it into two new caring groups. Senior caring group leader will lead a
new caring group. We will support them enough co-workers to perform caring and
Gospel function

Some Reminders
1.
Please come to church 10 minutes before the fellowship
time so that we can start our fellowship on time.
2.
Let us take turns that each week has one caring group
prepares drinks and deserts for free social time. And they are also responsible to clean up the classroom after the
fellowship.
3.
When it is our turn to serve Sunday lunch and cleaning
up, we need everybody to involve proactively. Coming Sunday (1/12/03) will be
our turn.
4.

5.
Each caring group can have the flexibility to decide:
a. Fellowship on Friday night or Saturday night
b. Children program and traffic
