No time? Too tired for fruit? Don’t like fruit? No problem! How to make your kids eat lots of fruit without complaint. Actually, they come back and ask for more!
Mommy Lin’s Receipe:
Serve: 4-5 people.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 or 2 Banana ( peeled)
2 cups Frozen strawberry
1 Apple ( chopped)
Fill the blender with half-full of Orange Juice. Blend until it’s smooth.
