Material:
1 Chinese cabbage
Some Scallop/ Imitation Crab/ Dried shrimp/ Dried Chinese mushroom
½ cup Milk
1 cup Water
1 cup Flour
4 Tbsp Butter
Preparation
Instruction:
1. Chop the Chinese cabbage (CC) and stir fry it with some garlic and salt.
2. Take out the half-cooked CC in a baking tray. Stir fry the seafood and mushroom with some salt.
3. Take out the food and combine with CC in the baking tray.
4. Melt the butter and dissolve the flour in the water/ milk .
5. Add the flour slurry into the heated butter to thicken the paste. Add some Hondashi if you like.
6. Combine the paste with the CC and seafood. Bake at 400F for about 15-20 minutes till the golden surface reveal.
You can replace seafood with anything your family enjoy; such as ham, bacon, etc.
