Rental Information 2009 Season

Weekly rental term runs from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Two copies of the rental lease will be mailed or emailed. Sign and return one copy with your deposit. One third of the total rental will be required with the signing of the lease. The remaining two thirds of the rental amount will be due one month before rental begins.
A security deposit of $100 will be required and will be refunded within two weeks of the end of the rental period upon return of premises in good condition. Don't forget to leave the beach badges behind, so that their cost does not have to be deducted from the security deposit.
Pets are not permitted in the rental unit or premises. Smoking is not permitted in the rental unit.
