He was the resident dj at the old 'Capers bar' in the Bush Inn Hotel in chch from 1990-1992.
After seeing the dance scene in Sydney in 1996 he quickly evolved to understanding the way this music could make you feel.
In 1999 he would bless the shores of the United Kingdom on his way to London.
Here he met Dale Mitchem (Dj Dale M) who originated friom Wellington NZ. A very good hard house dj. They teamed up and formed Elevation UK. This was an excellent combination of hardhouse vs trance.
A few weeks later both dj's found themselves playing at the weekly London club Torque with the support and tuition of the Torque crew, Kidbull quickly became known in the clubbing circles as an uplifting animated dj who took you on a journey everytime he stepped up to the decks! He would go just as hard as you would on the dancefloor
As well as being resident and promoterof Elevation UK, he was also resident for the trance club Andromeda at the Prince of Wales in Brixton.
He played in guest slots at Torque, Sub-maniac, Superclub and Omnipotence in the UK, and also played with Dj Waggamama in Brisbane, Australia.
Played B2B with top scottish dj, Ian Mac, and has suppotred dj's Phil Renoylds, James Hawson, Kunckleheads, Macey, Thermobee and Psynrg; just to name a few.
He was invited to play in Ibiza......twice and has released 6 mix cd's and had a feature article in TNT MAGAZINE in the UK after doing an eight and a half hour set.
He is now back in the hometown of Christchurch, New Zealand and with the support of his wife Amanda who is also his musical director, he is resident at Base with one of NZ's best female Dj's Jane-e for their friday trance night SAMSARA .
He now shares his international musical experience in the place where it all started..........Hometown CHRISTCHURCH!
As well as being resident at Base he also playes at various clubs and clubnights around chch and for FRANTIC NZ.
Previoulsy in highschool rockband VALVANITE Scott went onto bigger and better things, what would the future hold for this young 21yr old, who knows.. but hes been doing pretty good so far
