| Virtually nothing is known about the mysterious Ice Princess other than she is of Inuit heritage. Even the source of her powers are unknown. They could be a part of her outfit, or she could have been born with them, meaning she is a mutant. I would probably say that she was more than likely born with them because her outfit looks more like a costume than some kind of high-tech suit. | My first exposure to Ice Princess was in Captain America#388, aboard the S.S. Superia, where she participated in a massive assault against Captain America and Paladin. Her more memorable moment came in Captain America#392 when she teamed up with Whiteout (of the Savage Land Mutates), Ferocia, and Iron Maiden to try and subdue Paladin, Diamondback, Black Mamba, and the Asp. Ice Princess created a rather fierce barrage of ice and wind that took Paladin and his companions off-guard long enough for Iron Maiden and Ferocia to attack them (see the picture below). During the melee, Ice Princess created twin icicles and threw them at Diamondback, but Diamondback caught them and stabbed Ferocia in the back with one of the icicles. The Asp finished Ferocia off with one of her venom blasts only seconds later. Iron Maiden was soon defeated, while Whiteout had been beaten before the Ice Princess attacked the heroes with her ice barrage. Ice Princess was also put down, but it happened off-panel. | |||||||||||||||

| Since then, Ice Princess hasn't been seen. Personally, I love this character. She has a fantastic look and she seems quite formidable. In my humble opinion, I think that she would make a great member of the Masters of Evil. And since there is so little known about her, Ice Princess has lots of potential. |
