The Equiptment

-The Tank is a 180 plexi (mistake on not going glass)

-I have a 4 to 5 inch sand bed tha I re seed every year through Indo-Pacific. ( I perfer this to gathering sand from other tanks)

-Thier is Appoximately 200 lbs of LR, most of this is from the Marshalls but thier is figi some nice Tonga Branch.

-The rock is sitting on a PVc (1/2) rack which I drilled with many holes on the top side. I have attached this rack to a 1200 mag pump. ( what this does is circulates the water from the base of the rock upwards so that the debris that goes to settle on the bottom is put back into the flow of the built in returns and gets it out of the tank)

-As per Lighting I run two 400 watt 6500k MH's. 1 400 watt 20000k Mh. 7- 4 foot VHO's (110 watt each) 3 are blue 4 are white. Also thier is a moon light ( just two blue party lights). Thier also is a 100watt grow light that I have over the refrguim on reverse time. The Lighting system is run by an AquacontollerII. Moon light is on Carribean schedule

-The sump/ Refrgium. This is my baby I have just recently installed a new design and am quite proud of it.
