House pictures
Here are a few photos of the progress on the house.  Some things just take time, but the result is coming out beautiful. (I hope you agree)
This is a view of the final completion of the roof.  This is the north side of the main house and west side of the garage. Here is a picture of the front of the house taken from below.  The cisterns (which you cannot see) are covered over by 52 truck loads of dirt.  AND we still aren't finished with dirtwork.
This is the view from my bay window in the dining area.  The windows are pine wood and will have a stain type finish.  They have their first sanding and coating completed.
Kerry took the car hauler trailer and bought our Aspen tongue and groove wood.  He is in the process of staining and sealing it to be installed outside  as soffets and in the ceiling of the great room and our bedroom.
As if we didn't have enough ladders.  Installing the fascia board and soffet wood sometimes takes every ladder and scaffolding piece we own.
Here I am standing on scaffolding helping Kerry install fascia board.  Needless to say, this isn't my favorite job.
