Scenario B: The opposite of the above. You still have a long list of things you want to accomplish before you go, but...

POW! You die.

Guess if you were in scenario A, you'd be fine. Nothing to worry about, since you're satisfied with everything you've done. Being in scenario B would suck.

If you were in a lot of pain, and you couldn't take more... you know you're dying, but you also know that you won't die today, or next week, or next month. you'd have to take the pain for a year... would you let go and kill yourself?

Euthanasia. It's quite the debated topic. I won't try to change your opinion about it, but what if?
