wonder

how long shall i live
how long shall you
does anyone really know
can they really say
i don't know if i believe
in this so called "god"
but i can't say that i do
yet we believe in some all powering being
ever since the greeks with zues
or since the monkeys with the black stone
and now us with our "god"
we never have proof
but they still believe
is there some all powering being
or are you so affraid of death
that we think of heaven and hell
to decide from the good from evil
but as long as i live
i will wonder
but when i die
then i will know
the mystery of all time
do we die
or do we rise
but till then i will wonder
